White Foliage and Flower with Spring Fragrance

A white garden with the woodland twist; this planting vignette is light and bright year-round thanks to the contributions of the brightly variegated and silver-blue evergreen foliage of the evergreen iris and Lawson cypress. In late spring or early summer, the white-blooming mock orange adds fragrance and flower. Hosta 'Patriot' was selected for its clear and bright white variegation. This planting combination does best in a part sun situation; avoid the hot afternoon blast which may burn the foliage.
