Coreopsis 'Cosmic Eye'

Big Bang™ Cosmic Eye Tickseed

Deciduous, Herbaceous Perennial

Long-blooming perennial for sunny sites forms a low mound of medium- to finely-textured leaves. The daisy-like blooms have an orange button-shaped eye, petals are deep burgundy red in the centers, tipped in yellow on the edges. A good choice for massing at the front of a border, in a container, and makes a nice cut flower filler. Attractive to pollinators; especially butterflies. Deer and rabbit resistant.  One of the Big Bang™ series from American plant breeder Darrell Probst.
