Echinacea purpurea 'Green Envy'

Green Envy Coneflower

Herbaceous Perennial

Distinctive variety of coneflower; apple green rays tinged with pink result in a unique bicolor effect. This easy to grow perennial for full sun is excellent as a cut flower, in containers, or as part of perennial scheme for full sun. Deadhead to promote rebloom or leave some flowers to dry in place as bird fodder and added interest late in the season.  The video below shows Green Envy coneflower in my garden paired with Itea illicifolia.
